Dedicated Technicians at a Fixed Annual Labor Cost

Typically, labor is the largest expense component of a building's maintenance budget. With a fixed annual labor agreement there are no changing hourly rates that can cause budget overruns.

Inspection Maintenance

Some customers prefer our inspection maintenance only annual agreement. These customers are billed separately for all necessary repairs. including labor and material costs.
