- Implement control processes that ensure communication, coordination and approval from the
customer, including; regular client meetings; timely recommendations and responses to customer
initiatives, tight subcontractor supervision.
- Projects will require comprehensive review of work plans, sign-off by key engineering and
maintenance staff, customer approval and notification to those who will be affected.
- Access control, including employee background checks, identification of priority access
areas and sign-in documentation.
- Preventive maintenance standards and procedures such as inspections, tests, adjustments
and minor work designed to ensure the continued operation of the device or system avoiding
corrective maintenance such as calibrating control devices or securing loose components,
to return the systems and equipment to proper operating conditions.
